Today, she gets her sustainable agriculture fix volunteering with The Food Project. When she isn't checking food labels and looking for ways to get family and friend to think greener, she works for a nonprofit organization dedicated to building healthy communities through socially responsible lending and investing. Jess lives in Cambridge, MA with her clean-shaven husband, Russ and their two cats, who can't wait until they have a yard big enough to raise chickens.
