Not sure if you've already seen/tried this, but this woman came up with an at-home solution for those who were using Avent bottles. Glass isn't the best solution for everyone, but it's economical for those who might not want to invest in an entirely new set of bottles, and it's likely best for tiny babies who aren't holding their own bottles and risking breakage.
