Plantation Organic Blackstrap Molasses is delicious and lasts a long time in the refrigerator for a small investment. This organic molasses is rich in flavor, unsulphured, and high in nutrients. Unlike refined sugars, blackstrap molasses contains significant amounts of vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Just one tablespoon provides up to 20 percent of the daily recommended value of these nutrients, making blackstrap molasses an important ingredient in vegan and vegetarian diets.
