I have used the arnica gel many times for BURNS, like from hot grease, or from fire litterally, and within just a few minutes the pain was almost gone within less than 15 minutes or so it was totally gone, don't get me wrong, there was tissue damage, but the pain was gone. No cold water, no ice, just the agrica gel. Great stuff!!!
